Your model in concept has potential to work, however it needs alot more work.
The studio space below is empty, you need to finish this.
The studio above and the exhibition apce could work however more detail (objects, divisions of space etc.) need to be added to both. I'm not keen on that brown colour you have used.
How does somebody enter the building (oublic coming the the exhibition) from the outside?
